Celebrate this year's incredible fall season and bountiful apple harvest with our Applefest Days!  Bring a whole gang of family and friends along for a very big "Bushel of Family Fun!"  Our 2011 Applefest Days are bound to be great times and have many special events planned for you to enjoy with us! 

Enjoy a tractor-drawn wagon tour through Friske Orchards during the apple harvest.  "Farmer Bill" will be serving up wagon rides every half hour starting at 10 a.m. til 4 p.m where you'll enjoy a live informative presentation about our orchards while soaking in the sweet, intoxicating aromas and colors of fresh apples.  Hopefully, Little Miss Sunshine will also make an extended appearance!  Scheduled events (rain or shine) include: 
 

• Award-Winning Apple Cider, Apple Spice Donuts, Caramel Apples, Apple Dumplings, German Apple Cake,
  and 3 kinds of Apple Pie!
• Pick Your Own Apples - Voted #1 U-Pick Farm by Traverse (Northern Michigan's Magazine)  
• Live Bluegrass Music Festival by Traverse City's "One Accord"
• Tractor-drawn Orchard Tours featuring our Apple Harvest
• Giant Apple Bounce Balloon and Fruity Face Painting for the "little fruit pickers" 
• More amazing APPLE stuff than you can imagine
• Barnyard Petting Zoo and Orchard Playland
• Specialty & Gourmet Food Tastings
• Unique Northern Michigan Shopping
